Sawadee Realty is a company formed in 2002, by Ed Werly, Designated Broker, and Norman and Patrida Fite.

Patrida Fite was born in Bangkok, Thailand. She holds a Bachelors degree from Ramkhamhaeng University, Bangkok, and Master of Business Administration from Western International University. Patrida was employed in Bangkok with Chesterton Property, Inc., as a commercial leasing specialist. She has been a licensed realtor in Arizona since 1994. She was associated with the Realty Executive office in Chandler from 1994-2002. She is the Thai represehtative for the Arizona Asian American Association. Norman Fite was born in Detroit, Michigan. He holds a Bachelors degree from Ohio Wesleyan Univerity, and Master of International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management, Glendale, Arizona. Norman served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Thailand. He has a background in commercial lending, real estate development, and mortgage brokering. Because of this, he is knowledgeable in all areas of real estate financing. He has been a licensed realtor in Arizona since 1989, and was an associate broker at Realty Executives Chandler office from 1992-2002.
